Also, according to a new California state law, all students grade 7-12 must have a Tdap immunization for enrollment.
Ventura County Christian School began as a high school in 1994, and in 2004 the school expanded its program to grades K-12. We make our own home in the beautiful and historical Washington School building in Midtown Ventura.

We offer a learning experience unlike any other. We call our approach Transformational Learning: learning that transforms the student academically, spiritually and emotionally, preparing them for God’s personal plan for their life. Research notes that the brain learns best when it feels loved, and transformational learning is based in a God-centered, loving and nurturing environment, where students thrive. Our academic records and testimonies support this. Our goal is to provide a pathway for students to grow and excel in an environment immersed in God’s love and enriched in academics.
The school’s verse is Philippians 2:15, where Paul encourages us to “shine like stars in the universe” (NIV). Our goal is to raise up children and youth to be unashamed of the Gospel and faithful witnesses to what Christ is doing in our world today. Distinctives of VCCS:
Ventura County Christian School is an exciting program to be a part of. Children’s lives are transformed as they are given a quality education and trained to be men and women of God who will change their world. Join us in this great adventure!
